That ended up being the only minor inconvenience we experienced, but we expected it going in, so it didn’t bother us at all. Honestly, it’s hard to find a beachfront property that doesn’t have elevator wait times during peak season!The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and excellent with communication throughout our stay.Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. The view of beach from the 9 panel windows was just outstanding! That is what sold me! The hotel and area is quite busy, but it’s a large resort, and… well… it’s PCB. So you’re asking for it! Lol. Short walk or drive to grocery, restaurants and Pier Park. Beach was not overcrowded even during spring break. We did not utilize the pools but they were large , clean and lots of chairs.
