[Note: A few restaurants close during the offseason (November until early March). If you are visiting during the offseason, check the restaurant's website or Google to make sure it is open.] A few of our favorites are:
Dee's Hang Out (http://deeshangout.com/): Very reasonable prices, great seafood, and Cajun dishes. Try the banana pudding. Closed Sundays. On the east end of PCB. You will usually find it near the top of restaurant rankings on Trip Advisor and Yelp.
Saltwater Grill (http://www.saltwatergrillpcb.com/newsite4/): They often have an early bird deal before 5:30 p.m. that is a really good deal. They also have a HUGE 25,000 aquarium.
Boondocks (www.boondocksfl.com/ ). Really good and fresh fried and grilled seafood. Neat atmosphere on the bay. We like that you can get a combo platter of shrimp and grouper.
Angelo's Steak Pit (http://www.angelos-steakpit.com/). It has been there since I was a kid. Cooked over hardwood, the filet will be one of the best steaks you have ever eaten. Located on the east end of PCB.
Thomas Donuts and Snack Bar (http://thomasdonutandsnackshop.com/) Been around since 1971. If you like a wide variety of donuts, this is the place for you. West of the Tidewater.
Captain Anderson's (http://captanderson.com/): It has also been there since I was a kid and I am in my 50s. Huge menu. Also a large shop for while you wait. Closed Sundays.
The Back Porch. (http://www.theback-porch.com/pcbmenu). This is our favorite seafood place at Pier Park. If you like seafood gumbo, this is your place.
Runaway Island: (https://runawayislandpcb.com/): East of us. Runaway Island is on the gulf side with great views and good food.
